1. General Overview

This website serves as the official registration platform for SBK Endurance and other motorsport events organized by BRAAAP Motorsports. By using this site, users acknowledge that all information provided must be accurate and truthful.

The organiser reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participants must meet the event’s age, licensing, and motorcycle category requirements as stated on the event page.
The organiser reserves the right to reject any registration that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

For team-based events, the registering user confirms they have consent from all team members before submitting details.

3. Account Registration & Login

Users may register an account or log in using Google authentication.
By logging in with Google, you authorise this website to collect basic profile information for account identification and event registration purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Event Registration

All registrations must be completed online through the official website.
Once payment is made, slots are considered confirmed and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Race numbers are automatically generated by the system and cannot be chosen or changed.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the approved payment gateways (FPX, Credit/Debit Card, or other available channels).

Registration fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances outlined in Section 11.
Prices may vary based on early bird, normal, or late registration phases.

The organiser is not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks, payment processors, or credit card issuers.

6. Race Kit Entitlement & Delivery

Race kit items provided are based on the entitlement listed for the specific event.
Shipping will only be provided for participants who complete registration before the stated cutoff date.

Participants must ensure their delivery address is correct.
Returned or undeliverable parcels may incur additional reshipping fees.

Race kit collection during event day requires valid identification and proof of registration.

7. Safety Requirements

Participants must comply with all safety rules, gear requirements, and on-track regulations imposed by the organiser and the circuit.

All riders must exercise responsibility and sportsmanship at all times.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in disqualification.

8. Event Venue & Regulations

All races are held at Sepang International Circuit or other approved venues.
Participants must abide by all venue rules, including paddock access, pit usage, riding zones, and conduct protocols.

The organiser reserves the right to modify schedules, circuits, layouts, or regulations if necessary.

9. Weather & Force Majeure

Events will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by race control.
The organiser may delay, postpone, shorten, or cancel the event due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Technical issues

  • Government directives

  • Any uncontrollable circumstances

Refunds or compensation will not be issued for disruptions caused by force majeure.

10. Loss, Damage & Liability

Participants understand motorsport is inherently dangerous.
By registering, participants accept all risks associated with racing, including injury, damage, or loss of property.

The organiser, sponsors, and partners are not liable for:

  • Accidents

  • Injuries

  • Mechanical failures

  • Loss of belongings

  • Damages arising from participation

Participants must ensure their motorcycle is safe, serviced, and meets the technical requirements.

11. Refund & Transfer Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Refunds or transfers may be considered only if:

  • The event is cancelled by the organiser

  • The participant suffers a medical emergency (official proof required)

Transfers of slots to another participant may be allowed before the deadline stated on the website.

12. Personal Data Protection

All personal data collected is used solely for event management, verification, safety compliance, and communication.

BRAAAP Motorsports complies with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Your information will not be sold or shared with external parties except as required for event operations (e.g., insurance, safety officials).

13. Media & Photography Consent

By participating, you grant the organiser full rights to use photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional, commercial, and archival purposes.

No compensation will be provided for such usage.

14. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Respect marshals, officials, and fellow riders

  • Follow all safety guidelines

  • Avoid aggressive or dangerous behaviour

  • Cooperate during inspections and briefings

Any misconduct may result in warnings, penalties, or removal from the event.

15. Agreement to Terms
