This Shipping Policy outlines how race kits and event merchandise are processed, packed, and delivered by BRAAAP Motorsports (M) Sdn. Bhd. for all official events hosted on this website.

By registering for an event or purchasing any item, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Shipping Eligibility

Race kit delivery is only available to participants who complete their registration before the published delivery cutoff date.
Registrations submitted after the cutoff date must collect their race kits during event day at the designated pickup counter.


2. Shipping Address Requirements

Participants must provide a complete and accurate delivery address during registration.
This includes:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Street address

  • City & postcode

  • State

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


3. Processing Time

Race kits are packed and shipped after verification of successful registration and payment.
Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Number of participants

  • Stock availability (shirts, stickers, wristbands)

  • Courier service load

All shipments will receive priority handling before event day.


4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on location and courier service availability.

Please note:

  • Delivery may take longer during peak periods.

  • Rural or remote areas may experience extended delivery times.


5. Courier Partners

Race kits are shipped using reputable Malaysian courier services selected by the organiser.
Couriers may vary depending on region and operational availability.

A tracking number will be provided when possible.


6. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees may vary based on:

  • Region

  • Courier charges

  • Packaging requirements

Delivery fees will be reflected at checkout during the registration process.


7. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient not available

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

The participant will be responsible for:

  • Additional reshipping fees

  • Providing a corrected or alternative delivery address

Returned parcels will not be automatically resent without confirmation.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your race kit arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receipt

  • Provide photos, tracking info, and order details

  • We will assist in arranging replacement items where possible

The organiser is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier.


9. On-site Pickup Option

Participants who register after the shipping cutoff date must collect their race kits on event day.

Please bring:

  • Identification (IC/Passport/Driving License)

  • Registration confirmation email

  • Race number (if issued)

Pickup location and schedule will be announced on the event website.


10. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available unless specifically stated for selected events.


11. Policy Updates

BRAAAP Motorsports may update this Shipping Policy at any time to ensure better service and operational improvements.
Any changes will be reflected on this page.
